Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract

Guidelines for award paper abstract submission
- Abstract should include aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion & clinical significance for research papers.
- For case reports introduction, case presentation, discussion & conclusion should be included.
- Abstract should be structured and not more than 300 words.
- Time: 5 mins for presentation & 2 mins for discussion.
- Deadline for abstract submission: 30 November 2024.
Guidelines for E-poster presentation.
- E-Poster will be displayed on LCD/LED.
- File format should be Powerpoint (.PPT/.PPTX).
- Total size of presentation should not exceed 10 MB.
- Max number of slides per E-poster: 1 only
- All slides should be in landscape orientation and 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Poster should be legible and should contain Introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion and up to 3 references. Use bullet points
- Kindly ensure appropriate font size to ensure readability.
- No videos/ animations/audio will be supported.
